Insureds now have three hassle-free payment options to choose from for their PLICO premiums. We’re the first and only carrier in the region to offer these installments, and with this leading-edge solution, our insureds can better manage their cash flow and resources.

IN FULL

• Either ACH debit or check

MONTHLY

• Equal monthly installments, ACH debit only
• First payment date is effective date of policy
• No down payment required

QUARTERLY

• Equal quarterly installments, ACH debit only
• First payment date is effective date of policy
• No down payment required

• Find the “ACH Payment Options” form in your renewal packet.
• Select one of the three ways to pay.
• Verify your banking information or add your banking information.
• Sign and return the form to PLICO.
• Expect your payment to be drafted on the due date associated with the option you choose.
• As always, feel free to pay your premium in full via check using the enclosed envelope.
