PLICO Risk Management seeks to educate and train PLICO policyholders and their staff on key issues of clinical risk management with the ultimate goal of increasing patient safety. By focusing first on patient safety, we aim to improve patient care in both quality and experience, which we believe results in a reduction of both frequency and severity of loss. Everything we do at PLICO is an invitation for you to enter into a relationship with us. PLICO Risk Management offers a variety of educational opportunities including our premier activities, ancillary trainings, office assessments, specialty specific seminars and online CME. In addition, our staff is available to assist you with any questions and concerns or to provide advice in the event of an unanticipated outcome.
